Back Handspring Classes  (a class in which to learn your BACK HANDSPRING!)  Takes an average of 6 months with no prior tumbling experience, of consistent attendance.

*Wednesday 5:00 - 6:00pm  (1 hour)
*Thursday 7:30 - 9pm (1.5 hours)

Advanced Tumbling
Monday (Extremely advanced:  fulls, double fulls, double backs, kick fulls, x-outs, front tumbling, standing tumbling, front thrus, front outs, branis, arabians, etc.

*Monday 7:30 - 9pm  (1.5 hours)

Tuesday (Semi-advanced) standing tucks, standing handsprings, tucks, layouts & fulls, aerials

*7:30 - 9pm

Tumblebugs (Preschool)
Must be 3 years of age!
Monday 6:15 - 7pm 
Thursday 6:15 - 7pm



Beginners (All Ages)
Monday 5:00 - 6:00pm
Tuesday 5:15 - 6:15pm
Thursday 7:00 - 8:00pm



Intermediates (All Ages)
Monday 7:15 - 8:15pm
Tuesday 6:30 - 7:30pm

Advanced:  (All Ages)

What does my child need to wear?

No chewing gum, No bobby pins, No Jewelry!  No shoes or socks while in class.  (Shoes and socks get lost in the pit).
Please send your child in proper attire, appropriate for gymnastics.  Shirts must be tucked in!  You can't see if you are upside down and your shirt comes over your head!  Leotards, new & used, are available for sale at the gym, and strongly suggested.  Hair must be tied up or pinned back.  No hair clasps that will stab you when you roll on them!  Hair ties or flat clasps are the best!  No denim.  No food/drinks inside practice areas.  No skirts of any kind, or "skorts."  Wear comfortable clothes!

WHY GYMNASTICS?

Fact: Gymnastics is one of the few sports that improves all three areas of physical fitness: Strength, endurance & flexibility.  Even if your child doesn't want to become an Olympic Champion, he/she can still benefit greatly from participating in gymnasticsGymnastics improves overall confidence & self-esteem, balance, & coordination, as well as all three areas of physical fitness!  "Flipping is fun exercise!"
