No chewing gum, No bobby pins, No Jewelry! No shoes or socks while in class. (Shoes and socks get lost in the pit). Please send your child in proper attire, appropriate for gymnastics. Shirts must be tucked in! You can't see if you are upside down and your shirt comes over your head! Leotards, new & used, are available for sale at the gym, and strongly suggested. Hair must be tied up or pinned back. No hair clasps that will stab you when you roll on them! Hair ties or flat clasps are the best! No denim. No food/drinks inside practice areas. No skirts of any kind, or "skorts." Wear comfortable clothes! :::: WHY GYMNASTICS? :::: Fact: Gymnastics is one of the few sports that improves all three areas of physical fitness: Strength, endurance & flexibility. Even if your child doesn't want to become an Olympic Champion, he/she can still benefit greatly from participating in gymnastics.
